What “unlimited” means here
- No daily allowance: most “unlimited” travel eSIMs give you 1–3 GB at full speed per day, then slow you to 1 Mbps until midnight. Ours has no per-day quota and no midnight reset.
- No cutoff: your data never stops passing because of a cap. Only exceptional, atypical sustained usage may be temporarily slowed — never cut off.
- Hotspot included: share the connection with a laptop, tablet or a travel companion’s phone.
- Data only: your own SIM stays active for calls and SMS, so your number keeps working the whole trip.
When Unlimited is the right Turkey eSIM
Many plans sold as unlimited hide a daily allowance followed by a crawl. Ours has none, as the list above says; here is how to read any unlimited plan's fine print.
It beats a fixed plan when you take video calls most days, run a laptop on the hotspot, stream in the hotel, or share one eSIM with a family. Fixed plans go up to 100 GB; Unlimited is for the traveller who ignores the meter. The cheapest costs $6, or $2 a day.
The Turkey angle: since July 2025 Turkish networks block many foreign eSIM stores, and we do not promise you will reach ours to top up from inside the country. Unlimited removes that worry: install at home, switch on when you land, nothing to refill. It roams on Turkcell, Vodafone and Türk Telekom at 4G/LTE speeds.

Is there a daily cap on the unlimited Turkey eSIM?
No. There is no daily high-speed allowance and no midnight reset. Use 1 GB or 15 GB in a day: the plan never slows you down for having used a lot. Speed depends only on the local network and signal.
Will the unlimited eSIM be throttled in Turkey?
Not on a schedule and not after a set amount. The only case is exceptional, atypical sustained use, like running a server around the clock, which may be temporarily slowed and never cut off. Speed comes from the local network: 4G/LTE, with 5G only where the visited network offers it to roaming users.
Can I hotspot from the unlimited plan?
Yes, at no extra cost and with no separate tethering allowance. A laptop, a partner's phone or the kids' tablets can all share it.
When does the unlimited plan start, and how long does it last?
The days start on the first connection to a Turkish network, not at purchase or install, and run continuously from then. You choose the number of days when you buy; an unstarted plan keeps for up to a year, so buy and install before you fly.
Do I get a phone number with the unlimited plan?
No. It is data-only: no Turkish number, no SMS. Keep your own SIM on for calls and texts, with its data roaming off; WhatsApp or FaceTime calls run over the eSIM's data.

Incredible Data Provision
Its a very easy user experience, the set up of the sim literally takes a click or two and surprisingly I got data everywhere in Tunisia even in some parts of the desert somehow. Would definitely recommend because if you travel a decent amount the cashback system is good for saving money. Also they are the cheapest esim I could find compared to holafly, and other more well known ones
