Terms of service

These are the terms under which you can buy and use eSIMs from esimgenius.ai. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

Prepaid eSIM data plans for travel use. Each plan is delivered as a QR code by email; you scan it once with your eSIM-capable phone and the plan activates the first time it connects to a network in the destination country.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown including any applicable taxes. Payment is collected at the time of order through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Global Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribed, charged in USD to your payment method on file, until you cancel. Manage or cancel anytime in the app under your Monthly eSIM. Cancelling stops future renewals — it doesn't end your current paid month early; you keep your data until it runs out or the period ends. Delivery

We deliver the QR code by email, typically within one hour of payment confirmation. If you haven't received your QR within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email support@esimgenius.ai.

Activation & validity

• The validity period starts when your eSIM first connects to a network in the destination country, not at purchase.
• You can buy plans in advance and install the QR before traveling — it stays dormant until you arrive.
• An installed but unactivated eSIM is held by our supplier for up to 90 days; after that the QR can expire.

Device compatibility

eSIM works on iPhone XS or newer, Pixel 3 or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer, and most other modern phones with eSIM hardware. We list compatibility on every product page. Some carrier-locked phones cannot install third-party eSIMs; check with your carrier before ordering if your phone was issued by a US/EU mobile network.

Acceptable use

eSIMs are for personal travel use. You agree not to use them for bulk SMS, robocalls, or any illegal activity in the destination country. We may suspend or terminate plans used in violation.

Data speeds & fair use

Unlimited plans have no daily data caps and no daily cutoffs — your data is never rationed per day and never stops mid-trip. To keep the network fair for everyone, exceptionally intensive or atypical sustained usage (far beyond normal personal travel use — e.g. commercial re-sale or machine-to-machine traffic) may have speeds temporarily reduced rather than cut off. In addition, our local network partners may restrict, suspend, or throttle your data when intensive or atypical usage is detected — an automatic anti-abuse and network-protection measure applied by the carrier. This is outside our scope and control: we cannot override, lift, or prevent it, and it is not grounds for a refund.

Limitation of liability

We do not control the mobile networks our eSIMs run on. We are not responsible for outages, slow speeds, coverage gaps, or other network issues caused by the local carrier. Our maximum liability for any single order is the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where Alphaweb Ventures Limited (our operating entity) is registered.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
