The fine print, up front
A short version of the reseller agreement, so nothing in it surprises you later. The full agreement comes before activation.
- You are the merchant of record and own the customer relationship and first-line support.
- Balance is prepaid and non-refundable, except any unused balance, which is refunded on account closure.
- Card top-ups start at $100 and carry a 5% processing fee on top; bank transfers start at $1,000 and have no fee.
- Failed activations are credited back to your balance under our activation guarantee.
- Plans are data-only; validity starts on the first connection in a country covered by the plan, not at purchase.
- Wholesale tiers and prices are reviewed monthly. Either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice.
- The eSIM profile itself is not rebranded, resale is through approved channels, and coverage must not be misrepresented.

Before you ask
- Do you offer credit terms?
- No. The balance is prepaid — topped up by bank transfer (from $1,000, no fee) or card (+5%) — and each eSIM draws down from it. Any unused balance is refunded if you close the account.
- Can we sell under our own brand?
- Yes. You set the retail price, you invoice your customer, you keep the margin. The eSIM profile that installs on the phone is ours; everything the customer sees before that is yours.
- What if an eSIM doesn't activate?
- It's credited back to your balance — the same guarantee our retail customers get as a refund.
- When does a plan's validity start?
- On the first connection to a network in a country covered by the plan, not at purchase. If the traveler is already in a covered country when the eSIM is installed, the plan starts right away unless the line is kept switched off. Tell your customers this; it is the question they ask most.
- Do plans include calls or SMS?
- No — data only. Travellers keep their own number in the phone and use WhatsApp, FaceTime and the like over data.
- Which phones work?
- iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and most modern phones with eSIM support. Carrier-locked phones do not.
- How fast can we start?
